Gabe and Ceceilia | Co-Lead Pastors

Gabe and Ceceilia Quintana are Colorado natives who found their way to Texas as soon as they could! They have three amazing sons, Judah, Abram, and Matthias, two delightful daughters, Lydia and Lucy, and a lovely daughter-in-love, Alyssa.

Gabe and Ceceilia have been serving as the Co-Lead Pastors of VCA since 2021 and have been at VCA since 2018.

"We love our city and our church community, and we love to see the Kingdom of God break into our present reality as we proclaim the Gospel and partner with what the Holy Spirit is doing around us! We'd love the opportunity to connect with you at a Sunday gathering or over a cup of coffee."

Outside Of Church

Drinking great coffee, hang out with my family and friends, grill on my Blackstone, watch sports, play pickleball, and make music!

Kaitlin Apel | Children's Pastor

Passionate About

Shepherding believers to know who they are in Christ. I want them to know how God has made them with unique gifts and abilities for them to join in God's kingdom work.

Outside Of Church

Spending time with my family and friends, eating good food, playing strategy board games, and having good conversations. I also enjoy playing piano, playing soccer, and rock climbing.

Ceceilia Quintana | Co-Lead Pastor

Passionate About

Living a life that shows people how much God loves them. I want everyone to experience His love for them! If we can understand that and walk in His love, our lives can be changed.

Outside Of Church

Being with ALL my kids. I love playing board games, putting together Legos or watching a good creative movie. I enjoy a deep conversation with my best friend, Gabe.

Michael Burke | Youth Director

Passionate About

God, my family, my friends, and equipping the next generation of believers to be confident, accurate, and genuine in sharing the Gospel and living their lives like Jesus.

Outside Of Church

Spending time with my family, my friends, and my cat! I also like to play video games, table tennis, go bowling, and watch TV.

Fernie Garcia | Associate Pastor

Passionate About

God, family, and serving His church. It's an honor to serve great people here at VCA.

Outside Of Church

Spending time with my beautiful wife and my two wonderful daughters the Lord has blessed me with. I love to play, create, and write music as well. One hobby that many people don't know I love to do is watch low budget movies, movies that have no plot, or movies that I can laugh at while I watch them. Not laugh with, but laugh at.

Alyssa Burke | Worship Assistant

Passionate About

Jesus, His Church, and worship—especially when it comes to engaging the next generation and helping them grow in their faith and discover their gifts. I’ve been blessed with the opportunity to pour into others by leading worship, it is one of the greatest joys the Lord has allowed me to do!

Outside Of Church

Hanging out with my husband, family, and friends. I love to thrift, cook, craft, try new things, and travel. I am also a full-time cosmetology educator here in Arlington!
